Encore Care Home’s specialist dementia home in Fareham has recognised three of its team members for their commitment to the home over the past five years.

Carmelita Scott, Helen Sims and Rosa Jones all received a £500 bonus in recognitions of their hard work and dedication at Hamble Heights.

Earlier this year, the home also recognised five team members earlier this year at the homes fifth anniversary party.

Sebastian Wiencelewski, home manager of Hamble Heights, said: “I am thrilled to have presented three more of my team members with a bonus with the Encore 5-Year Service Award.

“I am very proud of their dedication and their desire to continue to care and look after our residents. It was fantastic to celebrate their achievement with our residents and team members.”

Mr Wiencelewski made a speech to acknowledge the diligence and compassionate natures of the staff members and thank them for their continued devotion.
