Henry Cosby appointed as data and technology manager at Carterwood

Carterwood, health and social care market experts, has appointed a new data and technology manager to strengthen its research systems and data management.

Henry Crosby has worked for the company for a year while completing a PhD at the University of Warwick.

Mr Crosby’s role will focus on the supporting of technological functions of the business and includes the strategic and operational maintenance of all backend data within the business, including the introduction of new data for Carterwood’s products.

Ben Hartley, Carterwood director, said: “Data is integral to our consultancy work, providing the foundation for all our market reports. Henry’s appointment will help ensure our research processes stay at the forefront of the industry, and give our clients peace of mind that our data management, quality and sourcing are outstanding.”

Mr Crosby said: “Carterwood have shown themselves to be industry leaders on the effective use of data to understand the care home and older people’s housing markets in the UK.

“I am excited to utilise the latest technologies, including some state-of-the-art approaches that are not yet used in the industry, to better leverage the outstanding data that Carterwood already possess. This means that we can continue to produce reports containing high quality analytics, but now at a faster pace and on a much larger scale.”
