The sale of a Bexhill on Sea, East Sussex, care village has been sold by specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co.

Peterhouse Care Village comprises a nursing home registered for 39, 28 sheltered housing apartments, three sheltered housing cottage and a day centre, and was sold on behalf of National Advertising Benevolent Society (NABS) to Agincare.
