
A care home in Surrey has been rated ‘good’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) on its most recent inspection.
Holly Lodge, owned by Forest Care, specialises in dementia care and has been rated ‘good’ across all areas, meaning the service they provide is well-led, safe, effective, caring and responsive.
Inspectors said: “Holly Lodge
“The leadership at the home was positive and there was an open and inclusive culture.”
Forest Care were delighted of its dedicated staff and the commitment to quality care they demonstrate.
A relative of a resident recently reviewed the care home and said: “Residents are very well cared for, treated with dignity and a good understanding of their dementia needs.
“I regularly see staff I know and despite some very challenging clients, they manage to make it a lively, caring and pleasant place to be.”
