Belong, a care village operator, has won the ‘Excellence in the Third Sector’ at the Investors in People Awards 2018 and achieved international acclaim in recognition of its outstanding people management practices.
The award recognises the best organisations of 500+employees in the not-for-profit space and celebrated Belong for its investment in class-leading recruitment, training and development programmes.
